SentenceMaster Website Terms of Use

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For all users the relationship between you and SentenceMaster shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, as applied to agreements made, entered into or performed.

All lawsuits arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the SentenceMaster services or information shall be brought into the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Limitations of Liability
You understand that to the extent permitted under Ontario laws, in no event will SentenceMaster or our officers, employees, directors, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, subcontractors or licensors be liable under any liability by contract, tort or statutory provisions for any unforeseeable, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of revenues, profits, business, business interruption, business opportunity goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your or anyone using your account's use of the SentenceMastery information.

SentenceMaster will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or any delay in the performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including any failure of government, public or private telecommunications networks or any third-party in-person services, delays or latency due to your physical location, changes in legislation or regulations by organizations having jurisdiction.

Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, in no event shall SentenceMaster liability to you exceed the amount of fees you paid us prior to the date you submit a claim.

SentenceMaster uses original and re-printable articles in whole or part. Posts can be edited for spelling, grammar, accuracy, fairness or to meet ever changing legal publishing standards. We post one link to indicate the original post or source. We rely on the accuracy of the sources. ESL in Canada is not responsible for errors or omissions or any liability for any posts for any real, imagined, fabricated, past, future or subsequent damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SentenceMaster harmless, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, subcontractors and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees, reasonable attorney fees that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your or anyone using your accounts violation of these Terms.

Copyrights and Commercial Use
The original content is protected under Canadian and international copyright laws, is subject to other intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws, and is owned by SentenceMaster or other original property owners.

SentenceMaster information, or databases may not be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, sold, offered for sale, or redistributed in any way without prior written individual and specific permission and that of any applicable licensors; and you must abide by all copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in or attached to any content from our publications.

Links and Social Media
SentenceMaster may provide links to other Web sites or Internet resources for your convenience only, and such links do not signify or imply our endorsement of these sites or resources or its contents over which we have no control and which we do not monitor.

You use any provided links at your own risk and should apply a reasonable level of caution and discretion in doing so. You agree that we shall have no responsibility or liability for any information, services, or materials found at any other web site or internet resource.

SentenceMaster does provide information on and links to Social Media sites. Users are subject to any and all terms and conditions for these external third-party social media sites. ESL in Canada has no control and accepts no responsibility for damages incurred on these sites. You use any social media sites at your own risk and should apply a reasonable level of caution and discretion when using any social media sites.

Privacy Policy and Data Collection

SentenceMastery does not collect or store any data.

SentenceMaster will respond to emails and texts and retain correspondence to provide ongoing information.
